Gain valuable experience

 

Our paid internship program involves first-hand experience and mentorship, as well as the opportunity to build a network of professional contacts. Interns gain professional experience in a museum setting, exposure to arts and cultural events, and the chance to work alongside museum staff.

 

The Museum is currently accepting interns in the following areas:

Curatorial

Education and Community Engagement

Marketing and Communications

 

The Museum seeks motivated people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
The Mohatta Palace internship program is open to senior undergraduates, graduate students, and recent graduates. Applications are accepted for the spring (January 25 to May 1) and fall (August 15 to December 1) semesters.


All required application materials must be submitted online as PDFs. In order to be considered for an internship, the applicant must submit a resume, cover letter, college transcripts and two letters of reference. Applications must be sent as a single email including all attachments, to mohattapalacemuseum@yahoo.com.  The email subject should include “Internship” and the full name of applicant. References may be sent directly to the above email address. The deadline for spring 2020 internship applications is December 20 2019.
